Warranty Information Eleven Audio (North America)
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Eleven Audio Taiwan (manufacturer) warrants genuine brand new products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase from an authorized dealer or agent.
This is the manufacturer's warranty and is strictly valid for the original owner. It is not transferrable to another.
Authorized Service
JPS Labs LLC, parent company of ABYSS Headphones, will act as an authorized warranty service center only for those products sold and distributed by JPS Labs LLC, ABYSS Headphones, and their authorized dealers and distributors.
Please contact the dealer or agent from whom you purchased the product with any warranty issues, or contact us directly. You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) prior to returning product for repair.
Exclusions & Conditions
- Requirements: You must have the original Proof of Purchase from an authorized dealer or agent and be the original owner in order to claim any warranty.
- Coverage Limits: The warranty covers only the cost to repair the device or included accessory. It does not cover shipping, insurance, fees, duties, taxes, or loss or damage of any kind.
- Voiding Actions: Use of faulty or improper ancillary equipment, lightning, overvoltage or undervoltage, abuse, or physical damage, is not covered. Tampering with or any modification to the unit or included accessory by an unauthorized person resulting in the need of parts or service is not covered under any warranty.
